The business scope of the Association is defined in article 8 of the statutes:

The individual members of the Association will be legally constituted companies that carry out their activities in the following fields:

  1. Engineering in all its specialties such as civil engineering, industrial engineering, environmental engineering, architecture, etc.
  2. Consulting in all its specialties including consulting in engineering, architecture, economics, social, organization and business management, computing, training and professional training, as well as research, development and technological innovation.
  3. Management of the promotion, construction, exploitation and conservation of any type of works, services and facilities, even forming part of “turnkey” contracts, or any other legally accepted formula.

Likewise, in order to facilitate the development and application of their capabilities and given the evolution of science and technology, other types of entities and sectoral groups corresponding to the fields of action of the member companies may be represented in the Association, in accordance with to what is established in the current statutes.

We can put you in contact with companies that can respond to your needs. To do this, we will need a detailed description of the project and your contact information to send your query to the appropriate profiles and for the initial contacts to take place.

We are open to holding seminars, conferences and, in general, events related to the engineering and consulting sector. If you are a member, we will help you set up an event in our offices, otherwise send us a proposal and we will analyze it in the corresponding Commission or Committee.
Associated companies can use the Tecniberia meeting rooms during opening hours by reserving them in advance and depending on their availability. Call us and we will organize it.
FIDIC contracts are the most widely used standard engineering and construction contract model internationally. In our online store you can find the versions that we have available in Spanish and English, request them comfortably and safely by selecting the delivery method by courier inside or outside Spain or if you prefer you can pick them up for free at our offices.
On the website you can find the active editions of the FIDIC courses for each year in the section. In the event that there is no active edition, you can pre-register and we will inform you by email as soon as a new course is organized.

Exclusive benefits for associates

In order to help you with a claim, we need you to send us an email with the details of the contest (title, reference, bidder, etc.) and a brief initial text of the reason. We will review the information and make the claim. We will keep you informed throughout the process. In 2018, more than 30 specifications have been claimed and we have obtained favorable responses in most cases.
It is highly recommended to attend our commissions, committees and working groups to meet the rest of the associates and make yourself known. In addition, we advise you and put you in contact with the right people from the associated companies depending on the consortium profile that interests you.
To create a collaboration agreement, you must contact us by sending a collaboration proposal, clearly indicating the added value it has for our partners. We will study the proposal and contact you.
You can participate in all internal meetings that interest you. To sign up you can review the meeting agenda and request your assistance in those that are of interest to you. You can also provide us with your contact information and we will add you to distribution lists based on your interests so that you receive relevant meeting requests and information directly in your email.
